Never having been to Charleston was a challenge for this project. In order to remedy this challenge i tasked myself with extensive amounts of research including interviews for first person accounts of travels to Charleston in order to decide what attractions to include. Another challenge was being tasked with a limited color palette of 5 colors. After concluding my research i decided to use pastels that can be seen around the Charleston area as well as colors that have over time been associated with the area.
